Definitely not! Hatha yoga starts where you are and grows with you. There are many aspects to yoga practice: asanas (movement and postures), pranayama (the breath), chanting (mantra), and relaxation. You can enter each aspect at your own level. The workshop approach is gentle and the pace also. Much more important is a mindful approach. The Hatha Yoga section is appropriate for all ages and abilities. 


 A sound 'bath' is so named because you are bathed in sound! It is a deeply relaxing and meditative process: various therapeutic sound tools are used such as Himalayan singing bowls, quartz crystal singing bowls, gong, and light grounding percussion. Loose comfortable clothing is recommended.  


Face yoga is your way to a fabulous face! Ross will take you through a series of exercises that strengthen the facial muscles which, in turn, and over time, help improve your skin tone, give you an organic face lift, erase fine lines and give you a general sense of wellbeing.  


Due to the different modalities at play and their interaction, you will experience many different states: invigoration, heightened energy, release, laughter, vitality, deep relaxation, happiness, increased awareness and presence, insight and peace (to name a few). Everybody's journey is unique to them and each workshop will interact with your energy in different ways from month to month.
