A big welcome to the Wellness Workshops website!
Wellness Workshops was created by Abbey Careford, Clifford Sax, and Ross Duttson as a response to lockdown.
With their face to face clients feeling bereft, a solution was needed. Happily, there was a unique synergy between their respective disciplines of Hatha Yoga, Nada Yoga (sound), and Face Yoga and, with community and collaboration in the air and the accelerated uptake of online interaction via Zoom and other platforms, Wellness Workshops was born!
We are happy that you have found us.
Our aim is to support you on your wellness journey. Collectively, with over 60 years of experience, our hope is to facilitate your 'flourishing' through the modalities we offer. We believe that we are uniquely placed to do that with the powerful combination of the three yogas.
The workshops last 90 minutes and take place on a Saturday, the first week of the month, from 9:30 to 11:00.

We begin with Face Yoga, transition to Hatha Yoga and finish with a sound bath. Each separate section is 30 minutes and transition seamlessly from one to the other.
